POSTER MAKING COMPETITION (PC)



1.    TITLE & COMMENCEMENT
The ‘Legal Spectra, 2020 – POSTER MAKING COMPETITION’, shall be held as per the schedule to be fixed by the organizing committee. Unless a contrary intention appears from the context, the following words and expression are used in the following sense-
·         PC means ‘Legal Spectra, 2020 - Poster Making Competition’.
·         CLASR means the ‘Center for Legal Aid & Social Responsibility, SNIL’.
·         Organizers/ Administrators/ Authority means Members of Organizing Committee of Legal Spectra, 2020.
·         Team means Team registered for PC composed of member from participating    Teams from respective Law School/ College/ Institution/ University in Legal Spectra 2020.
2.    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & TEAM COMPOSITION
·         Undergraduate students pursuing three or five-year courses of LL.B. degree from any Law School/ College/ University recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate.
·         Only one Team can register from a particular law school/ college/ Institution/ University to participate in the PC.
·         Each Team shall comprise of one member only.
3.    FORMAT OF THE COMPETITION
·         The event will be conducted in one round only. All Teams shall participate in this round.
·         The time limit for the PC will be maximum of 60 minutes.
·         The Teams for the PC will be declared 1 day prior to the commencement of the competition.
·         The Team with the highest score at the end of the round shall be declared as winner.
4.    MISCELLANEOUS
·         The winner will be announced at the Valedictory Ceremony.
·         Participants shall bring the colors and other decorative materials on their own.
·         However, the drawing sheets will be provided to each participant by the Organizing Committee.
·         The participants shall use water colors only and sketch-pens to outline the borders.
·         The Organizers reserve the right to take appropriate actions against the participants for any unethical, unprofessional and immoral conduct.
·         The Rules specified herein above shall be strictly adhered to.
·         The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify Teams for deviating from the Rules.
·         The Committee will resolve contingencies that may arise during the conduct of PC and will be the final arbiters regarding any doubts / grievances.
·         The decision taken by the Committee shall be final and binding. These Rules are not exhaustive.
